Shakespeare was a Cavaliers fan
Every sports team has the official MVP, and then there’s the crowd’s favorite – which is sometimes the same person. In the case of the Virginia Cavaliers, it’s pretty clear who is the fans’ favorite – the undisputed king (according to the signs), Mike Tobey. I’m sure he’s flattered.
However, much like players are used to being hated, they’re also used to being loved. These aren’t the first fans who idolized Tobey, and with a name like that, he’s probably heard every possible pun and joke before. On the other hand, it never gets old for us, and hopefully he finds it just as amusing.
