The Forgotten Edition of Old Hollywood’s “Siren” Starlets

Throughout the mid-1950s, Lori Nelson was employed under contract at Universal-International. In the 3D sequel Revenge of the Creature (1955), she made a lasting impression as the swimsuit-clad science student who attracts the attention of a prehistoric monster. Additionally, Nelson costarred with James Stewart in the 1952 western Bend of the River. In order to raise her family, she eventually gave up acting full-time.
