The 1964 World’s Fair predictions that were right

The US Space Park at the fair had a scale model of the Apollo Lunar Module, forecasting permanent bases on the moon by 2026 for mankind. We’re not there yet, but the Artemis Missions are bringing us closer to that dream. They think the moon will be a base for future space exploration. Those ambitious dreams still drive technological progress in space travel today.
