If you find a missing cat in the middle of the street, do the decent thing and look for its ID tags. Hopefully, it’ll have a number you can call to reach the owner. If not, you might as well take pictures of the cat and post them all over social media.
This person somehow found Garfield. Not a cat that looked like Garfield. The real Garfield! The cat was orange, had a lot of sass, and had kicked this poor guy’s dog (Odie) off of the table. There was a logical explanation for all of the nuisance it caused. It was a Monday, after all.
