Who knew that there could be a single text that could be as horrifying as it is funny? One thing we’d like to know is why Shelby decided to text rather than phone because of the urgency of the issue. Even if she had called, 911 would have been the correct number to call.
When it comes to a crisis of this scale, we believe that the emergency services would have handled it best regardless of who sent it. Thankfully, the recipient had the idea of reaching out to 911 during emergencies, unlike the texter, who would rather see whether someone they knew was in trouble or not beforehand.
