I’ll stay
We have never seen an app ask if you want to call their customer service team so they can talk you out of leaving. We really want to know what the conversation between this customer and the team would sound like. Are we supposed to share our problems with the team and have a mini-therapy session?
If they are offering free therapy, that’s not bad either, heaven knows that a lot of us could use a good talk. But we think that it is more about them just telling you they can give you a better deal on the app if you choose to stay. At least, that’s what we think.
