Teachers Open Up About Things They Can’t Share with Their Students

For a lot of people, leaving school is a rude awakening. There’s a lot of stuff that you could get away with in school that you can’t get away with in the real world. For example, if you’re late for class, you might get in trouble, but they’re probably not going to kick you out of school. But if you’re late for a job, you might get fired.

And while teachers are paid and required to tolerate you (and any bad behavior you might be bringing with you), once you leave school, you will quickly learn that people generally don’t want to deal with unpleasant people. So if you are unpleasant, you will quickly find yourself a very unpopular person.
