#30: Young At Heart
When you’re young, you have a very different perspective on what “old” is than you will when you grow up. I remember as a kid hearing that my aunt was 25 and thinking that she was ancient. Now I’m past 25, and I still feel like a college student most of the time.
The point is, are you a student who imagines that the adults and teachers in your lives are so ancient, so far past where you are, that they can’t possibly imagine what you’re feeling or the sorts of things you’re getting up to? Believe me, it doesn’t seem that long ago for them, and they know exactly what you’re up to.
