There are so many different things that influence the world’s population. Whether it be natural disasters, world wars, or even the natural selection that occurs within sickness and old age, people don’t live on this planet forever. It can be hard to grow large populations back into existence once they have been wiped out, but apparently, people have been very busy since the 1970s.

The world population has more than doubled since the 1970s, which is both for better and for worse. Considering that in the 1970s, the world was post-two world wars within a pretty short time frame, people did a pretty good job of preserving human life. However, we now face other issues due to having too large a population.
