Carla Gugino as Silk Spectre
Fans of DC Comics will know that there is more than one Silk Spectre. The first Silk Spectre the world got to see in a live-action adaptation film was in 2009’s Watchmen, where Carla Gugino sported the sexy black-and-yellow outfit.
Carla played the role of Silk Spectre as a part of the Minutemen. She had to sport prosthetics to play the role of the aging superheroine. She had to compete against actresses like Jamie Lee Curtis and Catherine Zeta-Jones to land the role, but she bested them all and put on a killer performance.
