Chris Hemsworth as Thro
Even though Norse gods have a story of their own, Marvel Comics found a way to incorporate Thor, the god of thunder, into its storyline. The only problem was finding an actor who was large enough, both in personality and in size, to fill the Norse god’s shoes. Cue Chris Hemsworth.
Chris was featured in only three films before landing the role of Thor in 2011, and, like many of you guys, we think he absolutely nailed it! He would go on to reprise his role of the Norse god in nine more movies. Well, ten movies if you include Thor: Love and Thunder, which is set to release sometime in 2022.
