Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique
When the producers of X-Men: First Class started looking for a younger cast to play the iconic superhero and supervillain characters, the role of Mystique went to none other than J-Law. Many people were unsure whether Jennifer Lawrence would be able to properly portray the villain they grew up watching, but she totally nailed it.
Jennifer’s take on the classic X-Men villain was less pronounced than Rebecca’s but no less meaningful. She revealed a softer side to Mystique that was only found in the comic books, but she held back no punches (almost literally, too) when going all-out on Professor X and the X-Men.
