Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther
Black Panther was a groundbreaking film that was released in 2018. Fans questioned when the MCU was going to release a film adaptation of the ever-popular superhero, so when the news finally hit, everyone and their mothers were excited.

And for good reason, too! The MFU execs held nothing back when looking for cast members, and Chadwick Boseman—the man who landed the role of Black Panther—totally nailed the role. Sadly, Chadwick passed away in 2020 due to colon cancer. Even though he was diagnosed with cancer in 2016, he somehow mustered the strength to put on a heck of a role for Black Panther.
