What Is Pain?
People can remember the most random things from their childhood. For instance, we can tell you what our very first school lunch was (chicken chow mein), but we couldn’t tell you the name of our first friend in kindergarten. Perhaps it’s the most painful memories that stick with you until the end of time.
In this person’s case, they vividly recall a classmate asking them how to spell their name. It wasn’t because she wanted to invite him over for an after-school party. In fact, it was quite the opposite. She learned how to spell his name to add him to the do-not-invite list.
