#10: Cotswold Olimpick Games
Cotswold Olimpick Games is another four-centuries-old traditional sporting event that takes place in Cotswold, England. Over the course of the four centuries, the game holders ran into multiple problems, discontinuation, and revivals, so you know somebody had enough of it at times. The greatest of all facts about these games is that the person who came up with them wanted a modern Olympics with fresh lore.

The games included in the event are King of the Hill, Tug O’ War, Running Races, Championship of the Hill, and Shin Kicking World Championships. The game order hasn’t changed over the years – it is the one constant in all this mess. Since it is a community event run on community funds, there have been years where the games could not be held due to a lack of funding.
