Do you sometimes narrate your own life? We all do it from time to time for some unexplained reason. Maybe we watch too many movies and they have this effect on us. We’re so used to hearing that narration, we start hearing it in our own heads. Only, our lives aren’t usually as exciting as Hollywood movies.
