Good as New
Headphones are good and all, but the headband always finds a way to snap. It’s strange that the headband is the weakest part of a pair of headphones, but that’s just the way it is. If your headphones snap, and you don’t want to replace them, you can do what this guy did.
He got a spare piece of metal, drilled four holes into them, placed it on the snapped headband, and drove four screws through the pre-drilled holes. A second metal plate underneath with some washers and nuts will further increase its durability. Only do this if you’re handy around a drill and comfortable doing light metalwork.
