Putting the Microwave on Its Side Would’ve Been Better
Everybody loves pizza, but there aren’t very many fans of cold pizza. There’s no telling why people won’t just pull a slice from out of the fridge and go to town on it. Cold pizza is arguably the best kind of pizza, right after hot pizza. Lukewarm pizza is just ugh.
If you want to reheat your pizza without sogging up the crust, just pop a slice into a toaster. Resting the toaster on its side before inserting a slice will ensure that the delicious oils and cheese don’t drop into the heating coils. Alternatively, you can reheat pizza while retaining its maximum crunchiness by lightly toasting the bottom in an uncovered nonstick pan (thanks for the tip, Chef John).
