Rated B for Brunch
In the United States, restaurants are subject to audits, after which an auditor issues a rating to the establishment based on a list of criteria. The best rating a restaurant can score is A. Sadly, if you’re not rated A, your restaurant might as well be rated F. At least, that’s how the public sees it, anyway.
So, if you’ve received a B rating, what can you do? You can steer into the curve by adding the letters R-U-N-C-H underneath your score. And don’t forget to add a Sunday next to it, so your customers know that your restaurant serves Sunday brunch.
