Blows the Fumes Right at Your Face
Onions. Everyone loves them, but they hate prepping them. A single slice into an onion will cause you to cry more than you did when you watched Paul Walker drive away from Vin Diesel in Furious 7. One thing we learned from watching Modern Family is that you should always have a pair of onion-cutting goggles in a kitchen drawer. They’re the same as swimming goggles but used exclusively to cut onions.
But here’s an alternative: place a fan opposite where you’re standing to blow the tear-jerking fumes right at your face. It’s a smart idea, but we’re not sure this person is venting the fumes in the right direction.
