Offline Maps
Traveling to a new place can be exciting. Of course, getting lost in a new place can be pretty frightening, so, you know, try not to get lost if you can help it. That might not be the best travel tip you’ve heard, but perhaps the following hack could be a bit more helpful.
Before going to your destination, download the map of the entire city on your smartphone. That way, you can access the map without needing a stable internet connection, which many exotic countries don’t offer. You won’t receive voice notifications from Google Maps, but at least you’ll know where you’re going.
