Candied Ginger
Ginger is probably one of the healthiest herbs or spices out there. Just don’t try sinking your teeth into a root of raw ginger unless you like the taste of concentrated bitterness. Believe it or not, ginger prepared in different ways, including candied ginger, has some health benefits to them.
For instance, if you feel nauseous, just pop candied ginger into your mouth and chew it quickly. You can actually use any type of ginger you want, but we wouldn’t recommend eating a spoonful of ground ginger. We’ve accidentally done it before, and take it from us—it doesn’t taste good at all.
