Lift and Hold
Falling asleep in class or during meetings is normal. In fact, it shouldn’t be frowned upon any longer. People have different schedules to keep, and you never know how fatigued they are when they come into class or the meeting room in the morning.
But if you do find yourself dozing off, try this simple hack. Lift your legs off the ground and keep them in the air as long as you can. It sounds easy, but unless you’re a professional leg lifter, you’ll have trouble doing so for more than ten seconds, and you’ll be wide awake.
