Even though America is one country, every state within the United States is so big that it can genuinely feel as though each state is its own little country. When it comes to social norms and general practices, each state is going to act slightly differently from the last.
And this sentiment couldn’t be any truer for Texas! Both of these signs sarcastically describe certain stereotypes that non-Texans might think to be true. By offering people to pay for their meal in animals, and confusing passersby, the people of Texas know what it means to have a sense of humor!
