‘Tis the Season to Be Manipulative
What is it about Christmas that brings out the worst in people? This story involves a manipulative grandma who didn’t get her way, so she became bitter and resentful of her family. She said she didn’t want to exchange gifts but send her grandkids gifts anyway. So far, so good.
The thing is that the grandkids also sent her a gift. She specifically asked for nothing that year because she wanted to use it to make her family feel guilty throughout the year. Hopefully, that was the last time they ever had to deal with that bitter old witch ever again.
