We all expect our acts of kindness to be met with some degree of gratitude, after all, we’re all humans. Well, imagine a scenario where you tried to show an act of kindness to someone by gifting them some chocolates and coffee, and instead of being grateful, they charge you for money for it?
Landlords and building managers already have a bad rep, and this guy isn’t getting any points from us. How are you going to charge someone for trying to make your day better, especially when that person was moving out? Some people really don’t know how to act!
