Moving to a new place is almost always a hectic experience. Searching for a place to live, making payments, and packing up to leave can be really hard work, so when you have a friend that promises to help you with moving your stuff, and asks that you help him in return, it sounds like a decent deal. That is unless you have a friend like this guy had.
How manipulative and cold-hearted do you have to be to not only use someone’s hard work for your benefit but then also bail out when it’s time for you to follow through on your end of the bargain? Judging from this dude’s history, we wouldn’t be surprised if the sore back excuse was a lie as well.
