People that suffer from an addiction are prone to doing selfish acts because of it. These things are not only harmful to you, but also to those around you. For example, when the addiction is gambling, the problems that arise are almost always related to money.
What makes the situation above even worse than it normally would be, is that the man isn’t even gambling with his own money. Instead, he used up his girlfriend’s kid’s future college fund. This person should be sued, especially for jeopardizing someone else’s future.
