A Much-Needed Training for Interviewers, And The Internet Agrees
Practice makes perfect – this may come off as cliché to some but it is so applicable in some aspects. Remember that math problem that you did as a kid and had a really hard time solving it? Remember how the only way you finally understood how it was supposed to be solved is when you persevered and practiced solving related problems?
The same is true with work and employment. If you want your employees to do well, there should be training allotted for them, and sometimes, this training should include EVERYONE in the company – from the highest offices down to the lowest, especially the hiring managers and recruiters, considering this is where employment begins.
