Double Standards
As per business protocol, companies must always make sure that their job applicants go through the toughest screening to make sure that they only have the best of the best. Sometimes, these applicants even have to go through the most arduous yet extremely unnecessary processes that even have nothing to do with their actual job.
However, some companies tend to show their double standards, especially when they hire managers. With how tough it is to get through a normal employee’s screening process, choosing a manager is an exact opposite. These companies don’t even exert a lot of effort anymore. They choose who they think is the best. Unbelievable!
