How The Tables Turn Immediately
When an employer or recruiter contacts you first about a job opening, it is their duty to inform you of the requirements and ensure that they are pertinent to the position you are looking for. The job interview is typically the aspect that practically all hiring processes have in common and its usual venue is the office of the hiring manager.
If a company is interested in hiring you, then they should lay out all the reasons why they think you are the one that they are looking for. So, how come this person now has to explain why he’s perfect for the job after the company expressed interest in hiring him in the first place. This doesn’t make any sense at all.
