#47: Touché
You’ll find all kinds of people working in retail – male and female, young and old, black and white. In the store, all that shouldn’t matter, because they’re all equals. They’re all doing the same job, they all have to serve the customers, and they all get paid the same (well, maybe that last part is not necessarily true, but it is in some cases).

So, there’s really no reason for a 25-year-old employee to talk down to a 19-year-old employee. After all, they’re both at the same job, doing the same thing; they’re equals. And they’re in the same boat together, on rather than looking down on one another, they should be helping each other out.
