#41: Coupons
It’s no secret that old people love coupons. And we’re talking about old-fashioned coupons, the ones you get from the paper. We all like to feel like we’re getting a bargain, but old people live for these bargains. They aren’t working, so they can spend all their time and energy on looking for coupons and arguing with cashiers over the validity of these coupons.
They grew up in different times, when everything was much cheaper, so unless they pay with coupons or get any sort of discount, they feel like they’re getting ripped off. They always try to use all sorts of questionable coupons, and they don’t take “no” for an answer. It’s pretty funny when you’re not the one who has to deal with that.
