We get it, no one likes to admit they were wrong or that they made a mistake.

Admitting you made a mistake is hard; but that doesn’t mean a poor employee has to pay for your mistakes when they had nothing to do with it. Alright, sometimes, employees can be rude or misleading to customers, too. They aren’t all angels. But, we’re here to show the other side now.
