#12: Seriously?
It’s no secret that customers often blame employees for all kinds of stuff they have absolutely no control over. It’s very rarely that employees get yelled at for stuff that’s actually their fault. Most of the time, they get blamed for store policy, for items that are out of stock, and most importantly, for the prices.

Do people actually believe lowly store workers are in charge of the prices? That they are the ones who decide on the prices, and can decide to lower them? That’s what I’d like to know. The prices at a certain restaurant or clothing store are so far beyond the employees, they have zero control over them.
