#10: Serenity Now
Do you remember that Seinfeld episode where Frank Costanza uses the phrase “serenity now” as a way to relax and lower his blood pressure every time he gets upset? Well, perhaps we should all take a page out of his book and say the words “serenity now” whenever we feel like we’re getting too upset or irritated.
As a way to remind ourselves to take a deep break and calm down. This is the first thing that came to mind when looking at this meme because it just seems like this person in the drawing could use this technique! When you’ve already explained something to someone twelve times, and they still don’t understand, you need all the patience and serenity you can get.
