We all have that one friend (or 3) who can’t stop talking about their new health “thing,” be it aloe vera juice, weight replacement shakes, or the new workout they’ve found that absolutely everyone needs to start doing.

Never is this more obvious than in the world of essential oils. It’s not enough for these lovely people to enjoy the benefits they’ve found in their tiny glass bottles, they feel the need to share it with everyone every single day.
