Engaged
Here we have another prime example of jumping to conclusions. At first glance, you might be tempted to see this as just another social media announcement of an engagement. Someone announces their happy news with a status change on Facebook, friends and family post their congratulations, everyone basks in mutual appreciation.
Except that 3rd comment is from the supposed fiance, and he doesn’t sound like he’s on board with the plan, or even aware that he’s gotten engaged. Which is odd, if you ask me, as usually, it’s a two-person decision. There may have been a misunderstanding, somewhere along the line.
