Having friends who can give you tech support is pretty useful. The internet can be a complicated place. It can also be full of annoying people who pester you and don’t give up when you tell them you’re not interested. In this particular case, the two have overlapped.
What do you do when there’s this guy who won’t stop bothering you, but he’s the only person you know who could tell you how to block him? You ask him for help of course and just fail to mention that he’s the one you want to block until it becomes fairly obvious. Pretty deviously clever, if you ask me.
