Forever Misunderstood
There were many television shows for children in the early 2000s, but Spongebob Squarepants has got to be one of the best cartoons ever. The sheer genius of creating a whole society underwater made up of sea creatures living a mirrored life to us was just fantastic.
As children, everyone disliked Squidward a lot. No one understood him, and no one wanted to even try, because he was just so sad and angry all the time. But the older we get, the more we begin to understand why he acted the way that he did. Adulting can be hard, and Squidward portrayed that.
