Won’t Take “No” for an Answer
The generation gap is a real thing, and there are many differences from generation to generation. You have the boomers, baby boomers, millennials, Gen Z, and even Zillennials, a relatively new term that refers to people who are not quite millennials but not Gen Z, either. It gets pretty confusing.
But you can tell a millennial from a boomer right away; boomers will always stand for their rights and demand what they deserve (or what they think they deserve), while millennials will always avoid confrontation. Baby boomers won’t take “no” for an answer when they feel like they’re being cheated, while millennials would rather stay away from confrontation.
