Baking Bacon with Sheet Pans
Let’s do away with the oily splatters. This is for all you bacon bakers out there, who’d rather to use the oven: take a few bacon strips and carefully layer them between two sheet pans.
Make sure the bottom sheet pan is larger than the top one you’re using to cover the strips, and place them in the oven. This will end your splatter-related accidents, and ensure that the strips remain flat and crisp.
