Bundt Pan for a Better Roast
IS your chicken at the ready? Pat it dry, season it to taste, and place it upright in a classic budnt so its cavity fits in the bundt pan center.
Add your root veggies variety and some potatoes (sliced) – these will all cook evenly and share each other’s juices. Put it in the oven at 425 degrees until the chicken is at 165 degrees internally (yes, use a thermometer).
