Slightly Frozen Meat Can be Sliced Easier
Simply place your favorite meats in the freezer for just about fifteen minutes before you want to start cutting into it.
The meat will now have a slightly frozen texture that would improve your cutting game significantly and let you easily cut the pieces you want, as thick or thin if you want them (Steak? Gabagool?). Just don’t go overboard, 15 minutes is enough for a quick texture freeze.
