Don’t Wait for the Party to Scoop
Pre-scoop the ice cream: scoop a bunch of ice cream flavors and place them on a clean sheet pan (it’s preferable to line the sheet pan with some parchment paper, but it’s not a must), and place the sheet pan in the freezer.
When your party starts, take out the sheet pan and place it on the dinner table. Your guests can grab scoops in whatever flavor they like without messing up the ice cream pints with different flavors. Call it an open ice cream bar!
