Easy Garlic Skin Removal
You knew there was a better way: separate the cloves, put them all inside a clean mason jar, and close the lid. Shake it like you just don’t care, and the skins would be attached no more. Take them out and place them on your cutting board, and you can now mince away at your please.
This also works inside two bowls held together upside down, one on top of the other, just make sure they’re matching in size, otherwise, it would be garlic skin confetti for you.
