Ripen Your Bananas in 30 Minutes
Who’s got time to ripen? Cut up some bananas and place the pieces on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Place it in the oven at 300 degrees for half an hour (depending on portion/piece size).
To know when it’s ready, keep an eye out for when the skin has browned: once the fruit is brown on the outside, it will be soft and slightly creamy on the inside.
