Diners are an iconic type of restaurant in America that dates back to many decades ago. Diners are known for their casual atmosphere and purely comfort foods. Generally, the wait staff is friendly, the atmosphere is intimate, and their food is homemade. Sounds pretty good, right? That’s what the Americans think, too!
Diners are simple and fun! They serve up some of the best pancakes and milkshakes, too. 1950s-style diners also remind us of simpler times and give an intense sense of nostalgia. No wonder non-Americans love diners because they’re hard, if not impossible, to come by in other parts of the world!
