Perhaps one of the biggest challenges during this isolation is maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When we spend the day home, exercising becomes a lot harder and eating becomes a lot easier! We can’t jog, swim or go to the gym, and so we need to get creative in this area as well, if we want to make it out of this isolation the same way we went in.
