Toys from the Upside Down
Maybe these toys are only scary for us adults because we know there’s something off about them. We know they’re deformed. Kids, however, are more of a clean slate, and they see the world differently. Maybe they accept all toys the way they are? It’s possible these toys don’t make them feel as uncomfortable as they make us feel. After all, kids are more accepting and aren’t as aware of how things should look.
